I tried everything, but my laptop still says that its plugged in, not charging. I have vostro 15 5568. I got it in summer 2017. It's not even a year since I have it, an stuff like this happens.

I am studying IT systems engineer and I need my laptop fully charged.

I had original dell ac adapter, then it stopped charging (plugged in, not charging), then I bought a new one, not original, but everything matched, the power, the voltage, everything, still does not charge.

Help me, please.
