Blue Screen

I am running Windows Vista, Studio 1735. I downloaded windows updates and restarted when it told me to. After restarting the computer would not boot. I tried F2,F3,F8,F12. it continues to show the blue screen. Message: A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. Technical Information:  ***STOP: 0X0000C1F5 (0XFFFFFFFFCO1A, OXFFFFFA8004693000,0X0000000000000000, 0X0000000000000000).

I have tried everything I can think of to try and get it to boot or boot in safe mode but the blue screen continues to come up.

Can anyone help?

Boot to your (a) Vista DVD and choose Repair your computer.  It can often repair things the built-in startup repair cannot.
