Control panel

It takes longer then usual to open up the control panel.

Check for malware. Clean-up temporary and other files. Defrag if necessary. Then reboot.

I don't have any malware. I cleaned up temporary files. What other files should I clean? My hard drive doesn't need to be defraged. The control panel still opens slowly.
