When you pop a disc into a drive, you can specify to have an AutoPlay window pop up and ask you what you want to do with the CD and with which program you'd like to use to perform that function (eg, Rip with RealAudio, Play with Win Media Player, etc.)
Anyway, one of my options is to play with a media player that I've uninstalled. Anyone know which registry key to go to to remove the outdated option?
Sorry, miss understood your question. Thought you were stuck on autoplay with a none existent product.
I can't find a specific entry in the registry. I think each product posts it's eligibility so search the registry for the removed product name. You can also clean up the registry with one of the regclean tools which removes references to products no longer installed.
