During my frequent web surfing, I must have clicked something that causes the following error message every time I restart my computer . " Error loading

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\BRIDGE.DLL

The system cannot find the file specified "

I have no idea what it means but would like to stop it from popping up every time . What can I do ?
