I have a Dell Studio one pc.  I recently lost all of the files in my documents.  I don't know why or how.  I am assuming a virus as the machine was left unprotected for some months whilst I was working elswhere.  Having tried various restore programms, I have been unsuccessful in retrieving the info.  However, having never used it before, (I always shut it down as soon as I turn the machine on), I today opened the photo's tab of the 'touchzone', where I was delighted to see all of the photo's I had assumed were lost for ever.

Can you please tell me where the touchzone looks, (file path) for its data.  I assume that if I know this, then I may be able to retrieve all of the data I had thought lost.  I am baffled as they are certainly not located anywhere I can see in the c: drive.
