I just purchased a Dell Dimension 3000 computer.  This computer came with Windows XP Home SP2 pre-installed.  I received a recovery disk, however I would like to have a full CD since I did pay for the product.  I recently read in PC World magazine that Microsoft will provide a true Windows XP CD upon asking for it.  My question is, has anyone done this and if so what is the best way to contact Microsoft to make this request?  Is there a particular email address I could send this request to and if so what info should I send them as proof of my purchase?
