Look at Step 5, Step 10 and Step 12. Downloading, installing and checking if drivers are installed correctly respectively. If you don't know what wireless card you have, provide the hardware IDs (Step 12).
As you are in the UK (like me) you cannot request the Reinstallation DVD from Dell via an online request form. Please add your vote to this IdeaStorm idea which I made which suggests Dell addresses such issues by making a Global Online Request Form and a download link: http://www.ideastorm.com/idea2ReadIdea?v=1374918220883&id=087700000008mnRAAQ IdeaStorm unfortunately requires a separate sign on to the rest of the Dell Community.

It should take 2-3 days for the disc to be shipped. Should you run into any problem, please let me know so that I can do the needful.
