I selected On-screen keyboard through Ease of access(by pressing CTRL+ALT+Delete), but I am not able to close On-screen keyboard permenently. 

If I unchecked the option On-screen keyboard it gets closed, but while restarting my PC if automaically opens. So I need to close the above permenently.
