I Installed NVIDIA Media Shield Storage Driver (File R150193.EXE) on 10/19/07 and then saw where there was another NVIDIA one released on that same day (File R168769.exe).  Both were listed on the Dell support page and said they were critical for Vista (on Dell Support page).   Do I need to keep installing them?  I am really confused by all of this technical stuff.  All I want to do is make sure my computer is kept up to date.  That was much easier with Windows ME!
