From your other post, I looked at your original system configuration. It should have had Windows 10 Home Preinstalled. You should have this sticker affixed:This is present in your original system configuration:RKGF7 : MOD,LBL,STKR,WIN10,PREINSTALLPart NumberQuantityDescriptionHH5HM1LABEL, STICKER, WIN10, PREINSTALLED

Its hard to help without any information at all.
What model of Dell? Is any operating system installed? Does it have a Windows 7 COA affixed (check under the battery compartment) or a Windows 8 sticker or Windows 10 sticker affixed?
