'Page Cannot Be Displayed" error Message ..using Broadband but not with dial-up

When I try to connect to a known good WEB page using my Comcast Broadband Connection, I get the message "Page cannot be displayed".  This happens to both of my computers connected to the Broadband connection.. HOWEVER, when I turn off the broadband and use NetZero Dialup on the same computer, I connect to the web page with no problem.  Any ideas what is happening?.  Comcast has assured me that they don't block Web Sites, and the same anti-virus / Firewall program lets me thru on dialup but not broadband.... I am using Windows XP / Norton Internet Security / Ad-Aware..  Any thoughts would be appreciated before I just give up on this one WEB site since all others are working without problems...

This is probably a network issue but should be easy to fix. Go to Internet Tools, the connections tab and make sure "never dial a connection" is selected. Click the LAN settings button and make sure none of the boxes are checked. If that does not help, post back.

I checked everything in the In ternet section and they are what they should be.  Both computers are exactly the same and have the same problem.
