Remove Dell Mobile Connect

I have no desire to use Dell Mobile Connect, however it doesn't seem possible to remove it, as there is no listing in Add/Remove Programs for the app, only for the Driver. Is there any way to remove it, or at least disable it permanently?

I have a Dell Vostro (purchased brand new from Dell earlier this year) running Windows 10.

I didn't originate this but have the same desire to remove the Dell Mobile app.  I cannot find how to disable it.
If you will send me a private link I'd be happy to share my service tag.

    Thanks,

    H. Adams

Update= Resolved, I was able to remove the app from Windows.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Try this steps to Remove Dell Mobile Connect-

Clicking or tapping the X at the upper-right corner of the Dell Mobile Connect application window does not close the application. The application continues to run in the background.

You can close the application completely by using the Quit option from the systray icon on the taskbar. Right-click (press and hold) the Dell Mobile Connect icon on the systray, and select Quit.

    This may help you,

I signed up just so I could send this message:

Been a Dell customer the last 3 cycles and always felt like good value with a good company. Now I trust you and download Mobile Connect. Right away I didn't like it and within 3 days I want to uninstall.

But I can't! You loaded something on my computer that I can not uninstall? That's bad.... But not as bad as kowing this condition exists and not publishing the resolution for all of us leads me to really question who I will use next cycle.

Dell Mobile Connect is an "app" and not a "program", so you can find it and remove it in Settings>Apps>Installed apps, rather than Control Panel. The same goes for all Microsoft Store apps, by the way. Dell Mobile Connect has been discontinued (Intel bought the technology) so by all means remove it.

Now you must buy 13 gen Intel EVO notebook to have this function! And Intel he will decide for himself what manufacturer will get on which model.

We've had the only iphone app since 2018 and we haven't taken advantage of it Dell users – shame!

Select Start, then select Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Select Dell Mobile Connect or Alienware Mobile Connect, then select Uninstall.
