- Lukerw, The Downloads Link is under Product Support. Go to Downloads where you will have to enter your service tag, and then your Operating System. There is no automatic scan for Downloads on the Dell Site. Product Support is at the top left of the forum page.

No, you have to go to the downloads link and compare what's available with what you have installed.
