sygate firewall and various antivirus programs

hi, i have a question. THis question is for the sygate firewall program. I have installed it into my own Windows XP account, but when other people change to their accoutns on my computer the sygate firewall doesn't show up. I am not sure about the other programs (spy balster, IE-SPYAD, AVG antivirus, Spyboy S&D, and AD- WARE SE) do they do that as well? how can i configure them so that they run adn show up on every account I have on WIndows XP? ALso how do I know IE_SPYAD is running in the background?

    Maybe it's just a program that can't run on multiple users. Just make sure only one user is logged on at a time.
