when i go into the start tab of system restore utility  to disable some it sates i am denied access and need to log on with an administrative account. i am the admoinistrator. if i try to just cancel out i am asked to restart as if i made changes. i cked my user account to verify it is administrator. i tried safe mode using my administrative acccount and the built in admininistrator account and the same thing happens. i am using xp media on my m1210 . i have another laptop with pro and a desktop with home which work as they should. help
