system restore

I CANT GET MY SYSTEM RESTORE TO COME UP. ALL I GET IS A SORRY ERROR PROBLEMS/8400/ 3.4GHZ,2GB RAM/ATI X800XL DISPLAY/SERPACK2/NORTON ANTVIRUS

First of all, have that keyboard looked at. The CAPS key appears to be stuck. Can you please describe your problem more accruately?

yes i cant use system restore at all. i cant even make any adjustments to it. everytime i try i get error and notify microsoft.(error code 0xc0000000 flags 0xooooooo address 0x000000005c029826) is this any help

I saw this same thing on another baord and it appears the onl;y thing left is either repair the system files (sfc /scannow) or reinstall. This could be the new Zero Day exploit that MS has not patched yet.
