I recently bought a new Dell computer and the salesman at the kiosk suggested using this wireless adapter (54 Mbps 802 11g Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter). When I read the directions to download on the computer it only states Windows 2000 and XP. Can I still use this adapter with Windows Vista??? Please let me know, thanks. The brand is TRENDnet. On the box it states compatibility with Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP. I know Windows Vista is new, so will this work? I ordered a new modem that has a wireless router from Verizon (our ISP). I'll get it in 3-5 days. We have a computer in one room already hooked up, and the new one is in another room. Maria
Thanks, The model I have is the TEW-424UB, and it has a H/W .3 OR on the sticker. The .3 OR is the only one of the TEW424's that are compatable, so I hope it works! Maria
