For some reason my ability to create and unpack ZIP files has gone away (maybe after downloading ver 8.0 IE).  Now all my ZIP files are associated with IE!!! 

My first question is this - what is providing the ability to use ZIP files?  Is it the operating system or is it a utility provided from Dell?  I have an Inspiron/E1705.  I did a search of my laptop looking for an executable and can’t seem to find one except GZIP under my Bluetooth directory.

My second question of course is outside of buying a new product how do I get my laptop to unpack ZIP files again!?
