ZoneAlarm Pro Crashes

I installed ZoneAlarmPro 3 times on my laptop which is an Inspiron 6000 - XP Pro and everytime I've managed to crash my system(blue screen), and I've had to uninstall it.  I'm using ZAPro on my desktop without any problems.  I don't have any other firewall running on my laptop  I did manage to install ZoneAlarm(not pro) without any problems.  Has anyone experience anything similar?  Thanks!

I have ZA Pro on a desktop with XP (pro) and no problems.

However, how much memory do you have in the laptop?  With XP you need bare minimum of 256Mb and 512Mb is really a much better "working" amount.  Could be the ZA pro with the extra functions and whatever else you have running is too much if you have limited memory.

ADDED:  Another thought, turn off all the extra features of the Pro version (just have the firewall portion running) and see if the ZA Pro version works OK with that.  If so then, turn on the extra functions one at a time until you find which module is causing the problem.

I have 512mb ram, celeron though!  I will try turning off any extra features and see if I can get that to work.  Thanks!
