Error running diagnostic on Wondows 7 machine

I am running windows 7 machine. I cannot get my computers to automatically appear with google credentials. I have run the desktop diagnostic and I get the following error:

An access denied error occured when configuring your remote desktop.

I have check my user rights and I am a administrator of the machine with RDP access.

Does anyone have any ideas to get this to work?
