Screen Size on Tablet?

I just installed Pocketcloud on my Galaxy Tablet 10.1 and when I connect I have about a 3 inch black bar on the right side of my screen on the tablet. I have tried all the screen resolutions available under settings with no luck. By looking at the screen shots on the app in Market Place it looks like theirs goes all the way across. Anyone know how I can correct this? I am running the free app by the way. Thanks.
