What model system do you have, and what power adapter do you currently have plugged into it? Is it the power adapter that actually came with the system? If so, what is its wattage rating? You'll find it on the label.

My laptop model is XPS 13 9370
And System Bios 1.6.3
Do you mean you can't see the picture I posted yet?
And yes jphughan I use the original charger of course.

Ok, just making sure. The XPS 13 9370 supports charging over USB-C via the USB Power Delivery Standard, which means there are a lot of third-party charger options on the market, so I couldn't just assume you were using the charger that came with your PC. And even if your system didn't support USB-C, sometimes people with multiple Dell systems will swap chargers around and they don't always realize that not all Dell chargers are rated for the same wattage, and some systems have different requirements.
Anyhow, the issue will either be your PC or the charger. If you have access to any other USB-C charger that can provide at least 45W of output (more is fine since the system won't draw more than it can use), you could try that charger just to help isolate variables.10295

Thank you for your message. Please turn off the computer & unplug the power cord, press & hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Connect the power cord back in & start the computer by tapping F2 to get into BIOS.
Please check the status of AC adapter & battery & does it show up as charging.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
