Also can't turn on WiFi.  Had a BSOD that led to start-up failures that I fixed but now one Bluetooth driver occasionally shows in Device Manager bit grayed out. RAS Async is grayed, but other network adapters all look good. Intel HID Event Filter has a yellow triangle and Realtek PCIE CardReader is gray.  Most All Microsoft drivers in SVGC are grayed. I've done the standard steps of uninstalling, deleting, restarting, etc.  Just now reset my computer and it didn't fix anything. System Information in BIOS WiFi device is Broadcom and Bluetooth device installed.
