Zoom not launching after Driver power state failure

I was in a zoom meeting and the application crashed and then the PC blue screened with an error driver power state failure. After reboot I am no longer able to lauch and video meeting tools (Zoom or google meet). They will not launch.  Does anyone else have this problem as well

What do you mean by 'they will not launch'? Do you get any specific errors or? Also, I believe Google Meet is web based only so you should not have any issues launching that (unless you having issues with your web browser?).

I have the same issue with an XPS 9520 windows 11.  You can run Zoom in capability mode, but that isn't a perfect fix, because it still happens just not as often.   All drivers are updated and windows updates are done as well.  The only way to get the system to back is to do a hard boot if it doesn't fully crash the system and power it back up.

When you click on a zoom meeting link it will not launch the meeting.  Even when I try and launch my own zoom meeting from the downloaded app. Nothing happens.  This has been a problem since last week when it crashed during a meeting. I have done all the system checks and everything looks good. Now I can not even use the posts to access my mouse. I am waiting for a resolution from Dell, but nothing yet. Hoping someone else has a suggestion.

Thanks, yes all my drivers are up to date. Very strange considering my pc is only over a month old and now I can not even use it for the purpose that I wanted.  Dell has said that it's an OS problem, but I can not even rebuild the pc, it does not take the new windows 11 install. It just runs for over an hour and then a message comes up saying it could not complete the installation.

Yes I have heard a lot of issues regarding Windows 11 and Zoom. Can Zoom launch as an application if you open it through the start menu and not when trying to access a meeting?
