What raid controller are you using on the PE1750 and is that moving with the PV220S to the new server? If you're moving the raid controller (Perc3 or Perc4) then it should work without problems.
As it's not recommended (possible maybe even) to hook up a PV220S to an onboard (ROMB) raid controller this is most likely what you'll be doing.
However if you are going from one type/model/brand raid controller to another data retention may not occur. If it's the same brand raid controller (AMI/LSI) this might work, but I'd suggest calling the server group and ask them about your specific situation.
