I do not see any match for this error in the service manual. Dell does not seem to revisit it's documentation when BIOS F/W updates make changes to the error messages.
If the error returns, I'd advise running diagnostics, and see what the errors in the ESM say.
The link you provided is the same one I looked at. In fact. I downloaded the manual and printed it so I have a quick reference handy. I saw nothing in it either. I did the power down sequence recomended, but the message still shows up. The funny thing is that the background is blue, which I assume means the error is not that serious. The server is running fine with no hiccoughs.

Hi again, and thanks for helping others here yourself.
Yeah blue means it's not an error... the first line is the server name... could one of the admins entered the info to be displayed?
