Diskett Drive 0 seek failure? what does this mean

When starting up my computer I see this message.

Diskette drive 0 seek failure
Strike the F key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility

What does this mean?  Is something wrong with my computer.

If you don't have a floppy drive installed, then check the BIOS setup, that the diskette drive is disabled [off].  The BIOS could be looking for a diskette drive which is not there, so it returns the error message.

Check out this post, if the above does not correct the problem,

I do not have a floppy drive.
How do I get to the BIOS to make any changes?

Power on, press F2. Set the floppy drive to "disabled" or "not installed".
