Complete care warranty... what a joke...

I would like to start this by asking a question, and I would like it if some one actually haad an answer and not another telephone number or operater or some one else for me to be transferred to, or put on hold for...

What is Customer Service?

It's a real shame when customers who paid for a warranty and customer service have to rely on "online chat services" or "forums" to solve their issues (when these issues are solved by the customers, rather than by techies).

If that's the case, then why pay or be charged for a warranty and/or customer service in the first place?

While you may not like it, I have had much better luck with the DELL chat. On the positive side, there's no foreign accents to try and decipher.  I've used it a few times and most of the time it was very useful.

Certainly is a joke.  My new dell inspirion 6000 is my 3rd dell...and never again!  It has crashed more than 20 times in 2 months.  Never had one problem with 4 HP's I had prior to trying dell.  Can never get in touch with anyone at dell.
