my laptop Dell Inspiron 600m was purshased on Jan 2006 and i want you to help me how i can rebot my computer ... i want all the details if its okay.

By "rebot" I assume you mean reinstall Windows, not reboot, which you can do by pressing Start|Turn off Computer|Restart.
You can return your system to "as shipped" condition using the procedure here.
You can do a clean reinstallation of Windows using the procedure here.
