PE1850 Time to rebuild RAID 1 drive

Question

We have a PE1850 with two mirrored drives, approximately 70GB.  This is a spam-filtering server and it wasn't properly partitioned upon initial configuration.  We need to increase the system partition to accommodate the system's database.   We plan to repartition the drive using Paragon Partition Manager.  As a failsafe, we plan to remove one of the drives prior to re-partitioning to provide a path backwards if the Partition Manager fails.    Can anyone provide an estimate of the time required to repartition using Partition Manager and also the time required to rebuild the RAID 1 set once Partition Manager completes?   Thanks! I believe that the repartition is instant or close to it.  The rebuild will run 2-4 hours (depends on how much you use it and how high you have set the rebuild rate).
