How much is my computer worth?

I'm interesting in possibly selling my computer. I bought it in August of 2001, and it's in perfect condition and taken very well care of. I'm just inquiring to someone who might know how much I can get for it - here are the vitals.

Dell Dimension XPS B800
P3 - 800 mHz
128 RDRAM
32MB GeForce 2GTS Video
48 GB HardDrive with ATA-100 Controller Card
Soundblaster Live
19" Dell Trinitron Monitor
8x Sony CD-Rewritable
12X NEC DVD
Keyboard/Mouse/etc
Windows XP, MS Office 2000 Professional
Originally purchased around $2700

Computer works great - trying to conserve space and get a new Dell laptop.

Thanks in advance,
TB

Hi There TB1034

Sell it on EBay, there you may get decent price, Dell wo'nt give you anything for it or sell it to a friend or relation, used computers do'nt sell for very much on the open market thease days, too much competition from the makers and resellers.

Lots of luck,

Bev

Hi,

You're probably going to be appalled at how little it is now worth, even after only six months. It's greatest value, if you're in a position to take advantage of it, is as a tax-deductible contribution to a non-profit organization. That's a win-win situation: you come out ahead, and the charity will love you.

Not more then 3-400$ or about 25% of the original price.
Some schools or library also will accept a working unit or a senior center.
