Where are you seeing the 2 different models? 

Checking to configure/buy that server, I logged into the flemish section of the Belgian website.

The lingo of the links is Dutch, by the way :emotion-1:

At the "Big company" section I configured the server through this link :

This is the "normal" PE2970.

At the SME market section I configured the server through this link :

This is the SV12971 type of the PE2970 server.

I configured the same hardware (cpu,mem,..) in both cases and got a different price.
