Sounds like the WLAN card may be defective...will your notebook boot correctly with the WLAN disabled in BIOS or removed!?

Without any WLAN card, or with old one boot and work correctly. I cant find option to disable it from bios, there is only hardware button to turn it off and on.

The WLAN card is OK, I test it on other laptop. I find a way to start it on my but is very strange: Boot up laptop and wait to load windows without any WLAN. While laptop work, I plug in WLAN (N-6230) and windows find new BT device only. Restart laptop and everything works fine to next shutdown. Then... old story, stuck at bios post.
