F8 is a matter of timing ... start tapping F8 twice per second starting as soon as the 5-second BMC message is at about 5 seconds; if you see the Windows screen, it's too late.  Do you see a Windows screen if you boot normally?  If not, what is the message?  If your Windows is too corrupted or your RAID array is offline, then F8 will not work ... but you won't see anything else Windows-related either.  Boot to CTRL-M, Configure, View/Add to see the status of your drives, then F3 to see the RAID array status.

Can you boot to your OS?  With a single disk failed, you should be able to boot to Windows and access everything normally.
