Win7/64-bit Factory Image DVD for XPS8500?
The latest Windows update just destroyed my XPS8500 boot sectors and all. Where can I download an factory image ISO for the recovery DVD? or if I must where can I order a recovery DVD? I need Win7 Home Ed. for 64-bit. The Dell Recovery destroyed the boot sector on the hard drive, so I have to have a bootable DVD to reinstall.

Nowhere. Dell does not provide "Factory Image Download ISO's" I am not aware of ANY vendor that does.
Dell does have a paid service called XIMAGE but that is not for consumers.
Request Reinstall DVD's from customer service.
