Dell P703W AIO Printer

I am unable to set my printer up wirelessly since I purchased my new Dell Inspiron AIO Desktop.  After being on the phone with Dell for hours, it appears that my priner needs to be manually set up.  For some reason there are no settings within the printer.  When I check the printers network settings the ip address is all 0's.....we have downloaded the drives and installed the printer all on my computer.  But when we configure it to the printer it is unsuccessful.  Please help....any answers?????\

pitax1,

Was the printer setup and working on your network before?

Make and model of your wireless router and the type of security you're using? What channel?

Make and model of your computer and operating system. 32-bit or 64-bit?

What virus program and firewall are you using?

pitax1,

Is there a wireless light that shows if the printer is connected?

I use these Recommended Wireless Router Settings I use channel 11. I would make a new SSID to make connecting easier.

First run Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print jobs from the queue.

Make sure the printer is not usb cable connected.

Start, control panel, programs and features, Dell P703w Printer, uninstall.

Restart your computer. Make sure the printer was removed. Manual Printer Driver Removal

Since I don't know all the things that were tried, with the computer online, insert the printer disk, choose new installation, network and follow the instructions. At some point, it will ask you to connect the printer with the usb cable, select your SSID and enter your password. The printer should then be connected to your network.

Any desktop computers that are plugged in to the wireless router can print by selecting additional computer, network and follow the instructions.

Yes printer was working wirelessly prior to switching to a new router.  The wireless router is ATT160, model #4111N.  Microsoft Windows 7, Dell Inspiron 2330 AIO desktop,64 bit.  I'm using McAfee.....but have tried to reinstall printer with the firewall off.
