Blue screen on Windows XP caused by win32k.sys
Hello everybody,
First, escuse me for my english, I'm french and I don't speak english very well :)
I've got a problem on my Dell Inspiron 530, a blue screen appears sometimes (4 times a day ! ), when I just go on Google or in Internet.
When I see the blue screen, the problem is probably caused by : win32k.sys.
Is that the RAM, maybe, I have to do an update but which ?
