Can not reset or enable the Managed Mode on PowerConnect 2724
Hi
I have a problem in getting in to Managed Mode for this switch
I press the Managed Mode but nothing happend , no green led no IP access and nothing, I try pressing it for long time but nothing happend at all
I try to reset it as I read by pressing the Managed Mode on/off twise but also nothing happend
I need to access the Managed mode,
Any Help

With this type of issue there is not a whole lot of troubleshooting that can be done. We can power cycle the system and then try again. Re-flash the firmware on the switch and then try again.

You said the management LED is not coming in, are any other LEDs coming on?
After trying to turn on managed mode are you using this IP address to access it?
192.168.2.1
If the issue still persists then it may be a hardware issue with the switch.

Sorry forget to mention ,
how can I update the firmware, without being able to access the web :(

Yeah if you are not able to browse to the switch IP you wont be able to. It sounds like there may be something physically wrong with the switch, and it may need to be serviced.

Other led are working Power - Ethernet Leds
