Device manager

so i as u can see i have a dell inspiron N4050 windows 7 32-bit

keyboard_filter_01 shows in devices and printers and in device manager as other devices and it cannot find it's software any idea what it is?

i did download any and all updates i could find tryed to uninstall comes up again

and i have this other problem is that i find bluetooth adapter last time i check it didn't have any bluetooth hardware so why does it show up?

and  i have this ubuntu sticker i understand it's for linux does this mean i have double os ?
