XPS 10 with Windows 8.1 Preview
Downloaded the 8.1 Preview a couple of hours ago after getting an e-mail with a link from Microsoft. The link installed something and requested a reboot. I was then presented with the option to install the 8.1 preview. After a 2GB+ download, I again was prompted to reboot which I did. Since then (for over 65 minutes) all that is on the screen is the white Dell logo on a black screen.
This cannot be normal. Any ideas on what to do next?

My XPS is now back at Dell for repair. I spent hours looking at the Dell screen and finally gave up. It shipped out Fed Ex today. Hoping to have it back next week.
