OpenManage Essentials has replaced IT Assistant. Here is a link to the tech page and subsequent download link:

Hi,
Will it support PE2950 running windows server 2003 standard? I tried to install the Essentials on our server it says " the operating system and service is not supported". Thanks

This server will support Windows 2003 Standard and x64.

is Open Manage essentials 1.1 can be installed on windows server 2003 r2???

According to user's guide on Page 16, Windows 2008 is the minimum supported OS for OpenManage Essentials.

This is the link for IT Assistant. The description says it is floppy based, but that is not true.
