Resetting error on Dell UPS
We're having trouble resetting the errors on a Dell 1920w Rack UPS. I've tried to update the firmware and update utility can't connect to the UPS, this is via USB. I have used the management software to acknowledge the error but, can't find anyway to clear the error. Any help would be great.

You would do that from the LCD. Scroll through to Settings and then select Clear Event Log and hit the check mark button twice to confirm.

Thanks for the reply Chris
When i scroll through with the arrow buttons on the front panel, I only see 3 screens. One shows the input and output, the other shows the battery charge amount, and the other is where the events are displayed.
