Dell Poweredge R410 and Virtualization / VMWare Support

Can I install and use VMware EXSi 5.5 for virtualzation and virtual machines as well as VMware hypervisor in following server?

DELL Poweredge R410 with 2 x Intel Xeon QUAD-CORE E5530 2.4 GHz Processors

Basically, I want to know does this machine support virtualization?
