Warranty questions regarding software crashes because of AMD Graphics Card
I purchased Dell Precision Workstation T3610 with AMD V4900 graphics card. However whenever I am using Maya, it crashes. I look it up and figure that AMD has a bug in their drivers, which causes the crash. I chose this model because AMD is listed as a certified GPU for Maya. Yet the problem really bugs me.
Is this under the warranty of the desktop? If I ask for a replacement, is there any chance I can get a replacement of Nvidia graphics card instead?

No. The Dell warranty would only provide a like for like video card exchange. But, the current video card would have to show failure in all applications to warrant replacing.
