problem pocket cloud

problem pocket cloud

Installed pocket cloud on Computer and phone and it was working when we were done. Now it says when I press my icon for pocket cloud on my phone "applicationn is not installed on your phone", but it was what can I do I bought this APP

Can't fine pocket cloud on the application list to do the steps you told me and it was installed and working and the icon is still on my homes pages of my phone

11chevrolet, I am going to have you try force stopping the application to see if that corrects the problem. To do this, follow these instructions:

-Open Settings on your Android device
-Navigate to Applications
-Select Manage Applications
-Find PocketCloud on the application list and select it
-Press the Force Stop button and OK on the dialog box that will display

From here, you can exit the Settings menu and try to launch the application. If you are still getting the error, I am going to have you try and uninstall and reinstall the application. Follow the steps below:

-Open Settings on your Android device
-Navigate to Applications
-Select Manage Applications
-Find PocketCloud on the application list and select it
-Press the Clear Data button and OK on the dialog box that pops up
-Press the Uninstall button and select OK on the uninstall application confirmation
-From here, you can return to the Android Marketplace to re-download and install the application

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.

What type of Android phone are you using and what version of Android is it? To check the Android version, you can go to the phone settings, and select About Phone. On this screen you should see something along the lines of Android or Firmware version.

It is possible you have a filter on your application list. What you can do is press the menu button and edit any filters or change views to see downloaded applications. If you still cannot see the application, delete it from your home page on your phone and re-download / install the application from the Android Market.
