New Inspiron 7548 both Ctrl not working
Hi,
So I recently got a new Inspiron 7548 laptop, win 8.1, i7 5500U, 16GB RAM.... and from the offset neither Ctrl buttons worked - I ran the dell diagnostic after noticing my Ctrl-C, ect, functions weren't working. They sent me a new keyboard which I installed but it still does not work. I've tried resetting the system, uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers.. nothing has worked.
Please help, I work a lot with Adobe products and not being able to use shortcuts is really slowing down my work.

Thanks for posting.
Since it's a new computer and still under warranty, you should call Tech Support in your country again and resolve the issue there, as it sounds to be more than just the keyboard or the drivers. Thanks.

Hi, Dell came and picked it up and repaired it for me and it had now been working fine since. Because it wasn't a problem with either software or the keyboard hardware they had to replace the motherboard. Thank you for your help.
