I keep getting disconnected

I keep getting disconnected

I am connecting from a Sprint EVO View Wifi/4G with Pocketcloud to a laptop on Wifi using Windows 7 Home Premium. Currently, to test out Pocketcloud both the Sprint EVO View tablet and the laptop are using the same Wifi. I am able to connect to my laptop, but after a few minutes I lose the connection and must go through the connection process once again. This happens repeatedly. My connection never lasts more than a few minutes. The message I get is "Network currently not reachable," then "Session disconnected...OK."

The only steps I have taken is to turn of my firewall and ensure that loopback connections is enabled.

Now, several hours later, I find the problem to have vanished. I have been logged on and working for nearly an hour with no disconnects. What could have been the matter? The only thing I can think of was that previously it was the wee hours of the morning. Maybe Wyse site was in some kind of maintenance mode. Hmmm. Maybe my own system goes into some kind of sleep mode in the morning hours. I really am at a loss to explain it, but I am happy that all seems to be working fine now.

PocketCloud keeps disconnecting

I am having the same disconnect problem. I am connecting via WiFi and it only connects for a minute or so and then disconnects. I'm sitting right next to the PC with my tablet.

That's good to hear it is working how it should now. I am curious if your devices signal somehow got interrupted or if the signal was weak at that time for some reason, that can definitely cause disconnects like that. Usually when something like that is happening on my personal network, I will just restart the router and things usually start working normally from there.

Do you have good wifi signal when you are experiencing this? Have you tried restarting your router to see if that has and effect on the issue?
