Hello.
With all the changes in the components, I am not so sure why this error is persistent. Clear the system event logs (SEL) via iDRAC or otherwise and reboot the system. Is the same error being reported?

Hi Roberto,
The logs has been cleared, and now I checked that the issue is for the HD Backplane, because if I disconnect it, the server works... but no boot since the HD's are not available...
any thoughts???

What indications or messages are you getting in relation to the backplane?

Hello.
It sounds like you are having backplane issues. One more time, drain the system flea power by pressing and holding the power supply button for about 15 seconds. Now reseat the backplane and power supplies with all connecting cables and reboot. If the errors persists, consider replacing the backplane.
