Kindly follow the sets .
Press the laptop's power button to turn it on. When the "Dell" logo appears, press the "F8" key repeatedly until the "Advanced Boot Options" menu displays.
Step 2
Select the "Repair Your Computer" option to navigate to the "System Recovery Options" screen.
Select your keyboard layout from the list and click "Next" to continue.
Type your username and password in the spaces provided and click "OK" to log in and access the computer's recovery options. From here, you may choose to perform a "Dell Factory Image Restore," or exit recovery mode and reboot the computer as you normally would.

If there is any damage or changes made to the factory partition--which is common because of the age of the model-you will have to reinstall using installation media. And you cannot restore windows on a failed or failing hard drive or hardware. Run the diagnostics first to test the hardware. Include the Extended Hard Drive test to make sure the drive is OK.
